Raytheon is seeking a Logistics Specialist to be part of the larger Raytheon Supply Chain organization. This individual is responsible for a variety of logistics, inventory, and operations activities.
The Logistics Specialist will work across enterprise teams and business units in support of department and organizational goals.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensure data integrity.
Perform inventory reconciliation and cycle counts to ensure 100% accountability.
Project management and research
Setting priorities and following up on execution of tasks.
Adhere to safety, security, and compliance requirements.
Communicate frequently regarding the planning and execution of material movement.
Conduct meetings, set priorities and review reports/metrics to locate problem areas and create solutions.
Assist with accountability of material from receipt to final delivery and assist with lost/frustrated material.
Assist and resolve medium to complex issues associated with purchasing and warehouse management.
Data reporting and analysis of various supply chain activities.
Prioritize daily responsibilities and maintain quality throughout the shipment process.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Logistics role.
Use of logistics applications to generate, review, and/or analyze inventory information.
Education:
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Desired Experience:
Handling of hazardous materials.
SAP operating skills necessary to monitor and control inventory in Raytheon’s SAP based business management system (PRISM).
Understanding of regulations including CFR, DFAR, FAR, ITAR, DoD and DSS.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
