Tucson, AZ | 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm – 10:30pm)
Training: 30-60 days on 1st Shift before transitioning to 2nd Shift
Pay: $23.00 per hour Overtime Available

PDS Tech Commercial needs a skilled Production Operators to join our cutting-edge manufacturing team in Tucson, AZ. Key Responsibilities
Perform PCB coating, painting, and assembly
Hand solder and operate automated test equipment
Inspect and repair products to meet quality standards
Set up and maintain assembly machines, troubleshoot process issues
Follow technical procedures, blueprints, and documentation
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in PCB coating, assembly, or soldering
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
Knowledge of SMT processing, soldering specifications, and in-circuit testing
Ability to read and follow assembly documentation
Experience with computer applications (Word, Excel, documentation control)

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
