Do you have several years of experience working as an assembler or as a lead? Do you enjoy working and leading a team to success? If this sounds like you, we are working with a client in Tualatin, OR that handles electrical components and power management tools who is looking for a candidate to lead their assembly team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and upon conversion, you will be eligible for full benefits, 401K and PTO. salary: $28 - $28.01 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Lead assembly team to meet deadlines and productivity goals
Interpret blueprints, and schematics
Assemble electrical components at the station or workline
Assist supervisor with projects as needed
Provide coaching and guidance to new hires
Bring change and implement manufacturing processes
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
standing for 8 hours at one time
