Scope of work
The Trauma Program Manager is an RN responsible for monitoring and coordinating all trauma services and system elements to ensure an organized multidisciplinary team approach to quality care of the trauma patient. This involvement begins with pre-hospital care and extends though reintegration into society. This Team Member will report to the Administrative Director of Surgical Services and/or the Trauma Medical Director. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY will include Trauma program practice, administration, education, quality improvement, and research.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BSN) Required.
Master's degree (MSN) Preferred.
2 years of relevant Emergency Center or critical care experience, Required.
Leadership experience Preferred.
Experience in education program development Preferred.
Experience in research methodology Preferred.
Experience with trauma registry Preferred.
MI RN license Required.
AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
