Design, development, and technical management of systems. Design and assess product mechanisms and structures based on customer requirements. Create detailed mechanical design drawings. Conduct material testing and selection for mechanisms. Mold design, mold opening, trial molds, and review and modification of molds. Produce mechanism prototypes, conduct testing and analysis, and implement improvements. Plan and schedule production processes. Review trial production and make design modifications as necessary. Assist in resolving mechanical-related issues during mass production. Prepare engineering technical documents for product development. Utilize the following: GD&T, DVP&R, PFMEA, Solid Works. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. $102,731.00/year.
