CATALYST, AGCO's global rotational development program, is designed to offer you in-depth career experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas. In this Business Analyst Rotational Development Program, you will support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to identify trends and investment opportunities. Assist in due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion. Analyze business performance metrics, track competitor strategies, and develop financial models for new opportunities. Prepare management reports and executive presentations on market positioning and growth strategies. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have career opportunity as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or other roles at AGCO. Your Impact
Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to identify emerging trends, industry players, and investment opportunities.
Support due diligence for potential partnerships, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives.
Analyze business performance metrics, including revenue trends, cost structures, and investment returns.
Track investment activity and strategic moves of key competitors to inform corporate strategy.
Develop financial models and business cases for new market opportunities and operational improvements.
Prepare management reports and executive presentations with insights on market positioning and growth opportunities.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not need sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a commercial or research focus.
Must be willing to relocate within the United Sates during the program.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in agriculture and knowledge of AGCO dealer landscape a plus.
Your Compensation
This position will pay $70,000. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% of compensation.
