Job Title: General Machine Operator
Job Description
The Operator II will control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications. Responsibilities include completing paperwork for QA and Production, updating process monitoring forms hourly, and giving and receiving orders and instructions to production line workers. The operator will verify raw/preprocessed material on work orders, assign tasks, and set up the production line to complete orders efficiently

Loading and unloading of material and finished product
Monitoring of palletizing of foods
Verifying raw material and finished product inspection
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in TRACY, California.
Work Environment
The position is in a meat processing plant that processes beef, chicken, and pork for the military. Candidates must be comfortable working in a meat processing plant. The environment is very cold, set at 38 degrees, and the pace is very fast. The shifts are as follows: 1st shift: Start times vary between 6 am-9 am; 2nd shift: Start times vary between 2 pm-3 pm. Overtime is required.
