Actalent Surgery Scheduler in Torrance, California
One of the best Gastroenterology clinics in the South Bay is looking for a surgery scheduler to add to their team! Known for their incredible patient care, they are looking for someone who wants to broaden their experience and contribute their skills to a team oriented facility.

MUST HAVE:
6+ months of scheduling experience
Computer skills
EMR experience
Strong phone etiquette
Customer service
Attendance
Placement: Contract to hire (6 months)
Description:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Scheduler role working in a call center environment.
Taking 20-40 calls per day.
Working with the team to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
Very collaborative, the schedulers are all in constant communication.
Skills:
Call center, Customer service, Schedule appointments, Administrative support, EMR, Medical Receptionist, Data entry
Experience Level:
6+ months of experience.
