Major Activities of the Job:

Administration of Media , W ash i n g an d S t e r il i za t i o n activities:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly work of a group of technical staff in the Media, Washing and Sterilization area.

  • CheckandreviewRecords, SOP, logbooks, andmonitoring chartsforcompletion andinsuranceofaccuracyofalldocuments asperGMPguidelines.

  • Ensureequipment iskeptingoodGMPcondition(with preventive maintenance, validation andcertification).

  • Orderandensureadequate chemicals, supplies, andsparepartsforequipment. Facilitatedailymeetings andreportfindingstomanagement.

  • Filequalitynotifications andparticipatein lead investigations.

  • Coordinatewith unitswithin department (UpstreamandDownstream) andother outsidedepartments(maintenance, washingandsterilization, media, QOtestlabs) andensuretimelycompletion ofproductionsupportactivities.

Health, Safety, Environment:

  • EnsureoperatorsareequippedanduseproperPPEwhenperformingtasks.DrivecultureofHSEindepartment.

  • Ensureoperationsareperformedinanergonomicwayandescalateanypotential hazards. Helpdevelopproposedsolutions.

  • EnsureroutineHSEchecksandinspectionsarecompletedandintimelymanner.

  • Promote waste and environmental awareness using 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)

  • EnsurechemicalsarestoredasperHSErequirement andhasMSDSavailable.

P r epa r a t i o n o f m e d i a , w ash i n g an d sterilization, analytical testing, area M o n i t o r i n g, maintenance:

  • Performaccurateformulationcalculationandmeasurementsofweighandvolume andreleasechecks.EnsureeachcleaningmeetsstandardssetinSOP, records,and inaccordancewithGMP.

  • Observeindetailandreportanyprocessdeficiencies, performvisualinspectionof equipmentforimpurityanddamagebeforeandaftercleaning.

  • Performutilitysamplingandenvironmentalmonitoringasrequiredandensurethe completionasadheredtoschedule.

  • Provideguidancetotechnicalstaffonproblemsolvingandtroubleshooting.Ensureareaisinspectionready.Knowledgeabletoguideinspectors.

Administration of Da t a I n f o r m a t i o n f o r C P P r odu c t i on:

  • Coordinateandoversee technical staffcompletionin SAPactivities.

  • Capacity planning, budgeting and scheduling of materials and personnel (MPS,

  • MRP).

  • Createmaintain process orderswithauthorizationtochange orders upon demand.

  • Ensuretransactionsaredoneonatimely, accurate manner.

  • Confirm inspectioncharacteristicsforbatches, perform StockPostingwhen needed.

  • Ensure all data input is completed accurately and in timely manner such as Shop Floor Data, LI Ms, Master, change request forms.

P r oces s i m p r o v e m e n t an d development:

  • Coordinate and schedule work of technical staff in facility, equipment, and process improvement projects with Manufacturing Technology (MTech) and facility management (Global Engineering Maintenance).

  • Assist implementation of facility, equipment, and process improvement projects.

  • Writespecifications, protocols andreports relatedtofacility, equipment, andprocess improvementofproduction process.

  • ModificationofSOPsandBPRsfornewprocesses inaccordancewithchange control policies.

  • Perform IQ, OQ,andPQfornewequipment.

  • Attend meetings withothersupport functionsrepresentingproduction asneeded.

P r epa r a t i o n o f T r end i n g r epo r t s an d S P C da t a ana l ysis:

  • Monitor andanalyze production process andtestdata, launch investigationforout oftrend, alertmanagementandManufacturingTechnology.

  • Maintain test result and process database, assist in preparation of root cause SPC analysis reports.

  • Collaboratewithotherdepartmentfunctions(QO, MTech) forrootcauseanalysis andpresent findings.

  • InitiateCCR, CAPAasneeded andmanage themtilcompletion aspercommitted duedates.

Housekeeping:

  • Ensure production areaiskeptinatidy, GMP manner, following 5Sguideline (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain)

  • Disinfectareaasrequired inSOP.

  • Coordinatewithvarious team members toensure loadingdockandhallways arecleanandunobstructedbymaterials orequipment, garbage isdiscarded dailyto designatedareaoutside production.

  • Propose tomanagementways ofimprovement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) years bachelor's degree (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering), plus a minimum of four (4) years previous relevant work experience.

  • Preferred two (2) years master's degree (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Bioengineering), plus a minimum of three (3) years previous relevant work experience.

  • SoundKnowledgeofMicrobiology.

  • Soundknowledgeofproteinpurification.

  • AsepticTechniques

  • Chemistry, Mathematics.

  • cGMP, cGLP.

  • Problem solving, trouble shooting, technical writing, leadership, stress and time management skills.

  • Computer skills, SAP, Visio, Autocad, MS Access, JMP.

Hours Of Work:

  • Inclusive from Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.
