Reporting into the Senior Manager Finance Reporting, the Senior Financial Analyst plays an important role in driving key stakeholder information within Rogers.
What you'll be doing:
Assist in the preparation, validation and maintenance of monthly reporting packages summarizing companywide results for the CEO, CFO and Executive Leadership Team
Assist in review of standard chart of accounts and report related changes
Provide guidance and support to assist finance primes with allocation models and rules
Assist in the establishment and review of allocations during month end close
Assist in consolidation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, including intercompany eliminations and below the line items
Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget for balance sheet and cash flow
Provide assistance with ad hoc work as necessary (e.g. ERP Cloud enhancements)
What you'll Bring:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
University Degree and accounting designation (CPA)
Ability to independently manage and organize multiple work activities and inputs in order to meet or exceed established deadlines and priorities
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Pre-existing knowledge of Oracle and Essbase would be an asset, with desire to become a super user for these tools over time
Ability to build strong relationships within finance organization
Ability to drive change to enhance processes and improve deliverables
Strong interpersonal skills and ease with communicating with various levels in the organization (including senior management)

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
