Insight Global Senior Financial Analyst in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
The SFA will be dedicated only to manage the financials of 'CCaaS Project'. Key Responsibilities of the SFA will include the following:
* Budget Management:
o Develop, track, monitor and maintain CCaaS project level budgets and forecast breakdown.
o Track & report on project level budget variances, ensuring spending aligns to initial plan and if there are any changes to ensure these are being tracked to be within budget/scope.
If spend is out of scope, then come up with a plan on how to mitigate by reaching out to the necessary teams/individuals.
o Collaborate with the ADMs, PDD and STOs to understand the requirements and assess financial impact.
o Monitor the spend trend to assess available runway and highlight upcoming shortfalls if any.
* Financial Reporting:
o Prepare/Update cadence financial reports, including Full Year variance analysis, monthly FAR, future forecasts, Placeholders and IAAP spend tracking.
o Present financial update and insights to LTO & PDD.
o Highlight all the Placeholders (PH) to ensure LTO is tracking the PHs and determine the plan on when the PHs will be moved to definite forecasts.
o Support the PDD/ADMs during the IAAP process to ensure Clarity is up-to-date and the IAAP reflects the correct T&O costs.
Monitor spend so that the teams understand when the IAAP is required to be approved so there are no delays.
* Cost Control Measures:
o Monitor resource costs to stay within the budget (both external and internal).
o Oversee resource forecasts to ensure there is no over forecasting or under forecasting (if any errors, ensure Timesheet Adjustments are processes as required).

Skills and Requirements
-7-8+ years experience as a FA
-Clarity PPM experience
-Banking exp
-Prepare/Update cadence financial reports, including Full Year variance analysis, monthly FAR, future forecasts, Placeholders and IAAP spend tracking. null
