Our client is seeking an experienced AEM Developer with a track record of active development spanning over 5 years, emphasizing hands-on project involvement rather than mere application support. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service offering, coupled with a proficiency in leveraging its capabilities to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Qualifications:
Expertise in AEM Development: Demonstrable experience in actively developing solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager platform, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable digital experiences.
AEM as a Cloud Service: Proficiency in leveraging AEM as a Cloud Service offering, encompassing its unique features, architecture, and deployment strategies.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills are essential, enabling seamless collaboration with client stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. The ability to articulate methodologies, best practices, and technical concepts is crucial for successful project execution.
Documentation Proficiency: Capable of producing comprehensive documentation encompassing technical aspects and leading practices. This includes documenting workflows, configurations, and architectural decisions to ensure transparency and knowledge transfer within the team and to clients.
French Language Proficiency: Fluent in French, with a preference for candidates familiar with Quebecois French but also open to those proficient in Ontario French. The ability to communicate effectively in French is essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders in French-speaking regions.
