(165) General Plant Laborer: Temporary, Full Time, Employment period October 1, 2024, through July 27, 2025. Assists with production, preparation, and storage of company products. Place boxed products on a pallet. Maintains housekeeping of the production plant and warehouse including keeping the plant floor and environment clean, organized and clear of hazards which is necessary to minimize tripping and slipping in work areas. Mopping, sweeping, waste disposal, ensuring proper storage of materials, and reducing hazards may be required. Follows company safety guidelines and good manufacturing practices. No experience required. No education required. On-the-job training will be provided if needed.

Workers will be paid no less than \$15.42/hr. Overtime hours may be available as per company needs and will be paid at a minimum of \$23.13/hr. for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. The employer will offer at least 40 hours of work per week, Monday Friday, 2:00 10:00 am. Other shifts may be required as needed. Work on Saturdays and Sundays may be required. Optional furnished housing, utilities and shuttle transportation from housing location provided on a limited first-come first-served basis at a cost of \$100 per week (\$200 bi-weekly) which will be deducted from bi-weekly paycheck. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Wages will be paid on Thursdays bi-weekly by direct deposit or rapid! PayCard Visa Prepaid card. Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law.

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
