Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will have the opportunity to work across various roles including machine operation and quality management. Responsibilities include operating machines, ensuring they run efficiently, loading materials, working with rackers for furnace setup, and transporting parts for quality checks. We offer positions on both the 2nd and 3rd shifts with competitive pay rates based on experience.
Hard Skills
3+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience
Experience in machine operation (non-assembly plant experience)
Ability to work overtime (7 days a week)
Training availability on day shift
Soft Skills
Ability to work independently or collaboratively
Detail-oriented and capable of tracking machine operations
