Express Employment is excited to announce a direct hire opportunity for a 2nd Shift Industrial/Electrical Maintenance Technician in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of industrial equipment by conducting installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. This position requires a strong background in electrical systems and industrial maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues effectively
- Conduct preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with plant management to implement improvements and upgrades
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with PLCs and other automated systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be open to working 2nd shift hours
