As a Senior Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition, shaping the future of Avanade by attracting top talent. You'll partner with leaders, innovate sourcing strategies, and foster an inclusive end to end recruitment process. Your ability to create an excellent Hiring Manager and Candidate experience is what drives you to succeed. Together we do what matters.

What you will do:

• Implement and support global and area recruiting programs

• Guide and interpret Avanade's regional recruitment needs

• Conduct research and analysis to support talent strategies

• Act as a liaison between HR and regional teams

• Ensure recruiting compliance and completion of necessary documentation

• Monitor and communicate recruitment metrics and challenges

• Contribute to recruitment initiatives and special projects

Skills and experiences

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Proficient in Boolean search strategies

• Experience with high-tech, fast-paced cultures

• Ability to build and manage relationships effectively

• Experience in recruiting for "hot" tech skills is advantageous

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions

• Skilled in negotiation and persuasive research
