本ポジションでは、事業成長に伴い変化する輸送ネットワークを、常に最適化するためのプランを実行するチームの一員となっていただきます。
**We are looking for a Supply Chain Project Planner role who will be responsible for project planning and execution on our outbound transportation of highly distributed network where +200 nodes/warehouses/stations are composed to Amazon's faster and convenient delivery service to customers.
You will have join and experience our team to build a positive and productive workforce during performing innovative idea and quick actions to be making a great history on Japan's dynamic supply chain services.

◆勤務形態：正社員採用、フルフレックス、コアタイムなし、実働８時間。
週３日オフィスへご出社いただきますが、曜日や時間の指定はありません。残り２日は在宅勤務となります。
◆給与形態：年俸制

Key job responsibilities
具体的には以下のことに責任を持ちます。
１．数億を超えるパッケージを低コストで配送するためのプロジェクトを担います。
２．最新のサプライチェーン戦略に基づき、トランスポーテーションネットワークの変化起こします。そのための具体的なステップを考えて提案します。
３．最新のネットワーク最適化ツールを日本のビジネスに導入しプロセスを改善するプロジェクトを推進します。Amazonの巨大な配送を創るというやりがいを感じていただけます。
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
Support the project initiation and facilitation to execute end-to-end transportation network with the optimized process and cost with high accuracy and drive continuous improvement for business growth and supply chain strategy
Support delivering a couple of hundreds millions packages from Amazon.co.jp
Drive projects to introduce the latest network optimization tools to Japanese businesses and improve their processes.
A day in the life
（例）タスクを約1～3カ月かけてプロジェクトとして遂行していきます。
① 年次計画や経営判断を元に、実施計画のスコープを策定する。
② 多様なステークホルダーと、実施に向けた調整や課題解決案の検討を進める。
③ 必要コスト試算、プロジェクト概要とりまとめ、承認・契約締結など、必要な手続きをとる。

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience leading process improvements
Experience defining and executing program requirements
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
