Job Description
As a Field Marketing Manager for Oracle's Cloud Applications, you will be responsible for crafting and executing event marketing plans targeting the ERP and HCM sectors. This role requires a collaborative team player who can work effectively across various functions to drive impactful marketing strategies and boost pipeline growth and revenue in the Japan market

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored event marketing plans for Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud Applications, aligned with both near-term and long-term business objectives.
Lead the coordination of marketing activities and events, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs.
Own and manage lead tracking and results.
Provide expert guidance on market segmentation, positioning Oracle’s messaging, and differentiation within marketing programs to effectively meet customer needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development teams and sales leaders, to craft and execute pillar marketing strategies.
Manage budgets and contracts with vendors.
Focus on Marketing Program Development and Execution Excellence, optimizing reach and ROI from marketing investments by targeting Finance and HR personas
