What you will do
Partner with HR leadership to refine and execute HR strategies
Guide managers through employee relations and performance evaluations
Drive the annual appraisal process, ensuring comprehensive feedback
Lead onboarding and engagement initiatives to foster a supportive environment
Translate business goals into actionable HR plans
Offer HR expertise to enhance organizational policies and practices
Manage HR systems to maximize their strategic benef
Skills and experiences
Proven generalist knowledge in HR disciplines, including recruitment and retention
Track record of impactful employee program delivery
Deep understanding of regional employment laws
Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
Self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Fluency in English highly desirable
