The NA Innovative Medicine Commercial Finance Team is recruiting for the position of Finance Manager, Commercial Operations and Strategy, Analytics & Transformation (StAT). This role is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 5% domestic travel.

The Commercial Operations & StAT Finance Manager will provide strategic and budgetary support to the Operations organization including the Scientific Affairs, Strategic Customer Group, and Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions teams, as well as the StAT organization. Business scenario planning, analysis and providing prudent recommendations are key responsibility of the role. This role will manage and lead a team of 3 FTEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading major forecasting cycles (FBP, JU, NU, LTs, and Other Ad-Hoc) to ensure execution with excellence

  • Business Plan and Quarterly Update Support and Analytics with a bias towards intellectual curiosity & scenario planning, and improving forecast accuracy

  • Provide strategic recommendations on investment prioritization and balancing financial risks and opportunities across the organization

  • Standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics execution

  • Drive standardization, innovation and continuous process improvement mindset across BUF, leveraging SigniFi tools

  • Improve business insights and business acumen of his/her staff

  • Improve organizational health of the team and drive a positive and rewarding culture by simplifying and standardizing & delivering business value and improved CREDO / Our Voice scores

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance.

  • A MBA is preferred.

  • A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of finance business experience is required.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as public accounting is preferred.

  • Candidate must possess strong communication, analytical, conceptual, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications is required.

  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.

  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Prior managerial/supervisory experience (including project or dotted line) is required.

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
