Job Title: Environmental Project ManagerJob Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead our environmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure project success by initiating, planning, executing, and completing projects in accordance with our organizational strategy, commitments, and goals. This role involves managing a portfolio of services including environmental compliance, emergency response, assessment, remediation, and industrial service. As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to closure, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, resources, change, costs, invoicing, and ensuring the overall quality and success of projects. You will also collaborate closely with our executive team, corporate directors, and project team members to define project needs, deadlines, and budgets. Occasional site and client visits are part of the role, with the majority of work being office-based. A strong understanding of Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Deltek is essential for project planning, resource scheduling, timekeeping, and accounting. While we prefer a candidate who can be present in the office daily, we may consider offering a work-from-home day for the right individual.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Bartow, Florida.
Work Environment
The work environment is primarily office-based with the expectation of daily attendance, but there is flexibility for remote work for a suitable candidate. Site and client visits are part of the role, averaging 2-3 day trips per month without overnight stays. The successful candidate may work out of the Bartow or Titusville office, joining a team of 5 full-time professionals. No company vehicle is provided.
