ARAMARK State Operations Manager in Tiptonville, Tennessee
Manage all aspects of the USCS pick & pack Inventory/other warehouse operations operation.
Job Responsibilities
Assist and work in tandem with Tennessee Tricor Staff in the warehouse operations.
Ensure warehousing operations including operating policies and procedures in regard to Shipping\receiving, warehouse pick & pack operations, inventory control duties and delivery logistics are complied with.
Ensure all applicable local business requirements are complied with, to include licensing, insurance documentation and statewide facility sales tax rates remain current in all systems.
Place product replenishment orders for warehouse. Place orders for warehouse operational supplies as per company procedures.
Report and follow-up with VendEngine (inventory\ordering platform) concerning any software related issues.
Ensure that the commissary master menus, computerized facility menus, vendor product ordering data (within the VendEngine software) are maintained and current.
Establish, monitor and conduct audits on all aspects of on-site inventory control procedures. Ensure compliance with the procedures regarding product ordering / receiving, stocking, stock rotation, cycle counts, inventory adjustment justifications.
Ensure the ordering, receiving and inventory inclusion within the VendEngine system of all warehouse received inventory (and any ?on-site? drop shipped products at each facility if applicable).
Maintain and sent out SDS updates to all facilities as necessary.
Answer in writing any requests for information from the DOC as a result of inmate complaints\grievances within 24 hours of the request.
Qualifications
Driver?s License
DOT Certifications
Warehousing experience specifically in the areas of pick & pack, inventory control and customer service
Correctional\Military experience a plus
Must be detail oriented
Experience of managing a staff of 40+ Ability to prioritize projects from several sources and departments
10-key calculator experience
General office machine experience
PC experience required ? word processing and spreadsheet generation
