Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、技术规划：把握技术演进趋势和重点客户需求，负责互联网定制化服务器产品的特性定义和需求管理，构建领先的技术、质量、TCO、快速响应客户需求的综合并构建产品竞争力。
2、架构与系统设计：负责互联网定制化服务器产品系统方案设计、关键特性方案设计，负责对需求和产品方案落地中的难点、痛点问题进行突破，提供创新的解决方案，对产品竞争力和设计质量负责。
3、负责产品各领域技术冲突协调和仲裁、需求跟踪管理、设计方案维护和优化、变更控制等设计全生命周期维护和管理的工作。
4、负责系统设计领域的规范建设、流程、方法改进，促进设计开发效率和质量的提升。
岗位要求：
教育背景：电子信息、计算机、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
工作经验：3年以上定制化服务器硬件设计或相关领域工作经验，有成功的硬件产品开发案例。
专业技能：精通服务器硬件架构，熟悉主流处理器、芯片组、存储、网络等硬件技术；熟练掌握硬件设计工具，如Altium Designer、Cadence等，具备独立完成原理图设计和PCB layout能力；具备扎实的数字电路、模拟电路基础，熟悉信号完整性和电源完整性分析方法；熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪等硬件测试工具，具备硬件调试和故障排查能力。
沟通协作：具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作，共同推进项目进展。
学习创新：对新技术保持敏锐的洞察力，具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够快速掌握新知识、新技能，应用于实际工作中。
