Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
负责端到端的服务器/其他企业级产品质量管理工作，包括：
新品质量管理：负责新产品量产前（设计、测试、试产阶段）的质量管理，识别质量风险并推动问题解决。
转段管理：负责项目各关键里程碑的质量把关，包括关键文档管理、过程质量管理、遗留问题处理、问题单规范管理等，确保项目高质量交付。
批重点问题管理：从客户角度出发，跟进试产、量产各阶段的生产、售后疑似质量问题，协调研发/SQE/服务等团队通过虚拟团队方式解决问题。
质量指标管理：定期监控产品关键质量数据，包括故障率/DOA率/批重点问题等，针对不达标部分组织质量专项进行改善。
全程服务客户：针对客户定制机型，协调内部资源应对客户特殊需求，保证质量考核、客户不定期审厂和年度审厂的顺利进行，维护良好的合作关系。
流程及标准：负责建立和维护产品质量相关的流程、标准和规范，确保产品质量在业界的竞争力。
岗位要求：
学历专业：大学本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程等相关专业优先。
工作经验：拥有五年以上服务器或个人计算机行业工程师工作经验，对服务器或个人计算机硬件和软件技术有深入了解。
沟通协作：具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与客户、研发、供应链、服务等各方高效沟通，协同解决各类问题。
客户关系维护：具备出色的客户关系维护能力，能有效满足客户需求，提升客户满意度。
质量管理工具运用：熟练运用 PFMEA、NUDD、DFX等质量管理工具，有6 西格玛实际项目经验者优先。
AI应用：深刻理解深度算法和AI大模型及智能体技术，并有实际成功使用经验者优先。
办公软件技能：熟练掌握 EXCEL 及 PPT 操作，能够运用其进行数据分析、报告展示等工作。
语言能力：英文水平良好，具备熟练的中英文听说读写能力。
