Job Description

Responsibilities:
Complete independent TEM maintenance and installation tasks in North China
Continuously strive to improve tool acceptance processes
Communicate effectively with customers to identify service needs and address difficulties, developing vertical offline campaigns to uncover new service marketing opportunities and innovate revenue streams
Collaborate closely and effectively with cross-functional teams and the commercial team to ensure flawless service delivery
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Material, Electronics, Physics, or Chemistry
Minimum of 1+ years of service experience in AIG companies
Proven organizational and executive skills
Willingness to travel extensively (over 60%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Operational experience with TEM and SEM
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Strong personal communication skills, with the ability to engage and draw support from all levels
