Manpower is currently recruiting for a great permanent opportunity.
Job Title: Recycling Yard Supervisor
Location: Coachella Valley
Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of recycling workers.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor and optimize the recycling process for maximum efficiency.
Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of materials processed and shipped.
Inspect equipment regularly and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 years of experience in recycling or waste management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
