WorkSource Oregon Loan Support Specialist in The Dalles, Oregon

Regional economic development district is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist that will provide support for our small business lending programs. This includes: intaking application forms and following up to ensure completeness; monitoring loan files for insurance, property taxes, UCC filings and other required documentation; posting loan payments; keeping the filing current on a weekly basis; compiling information and completing necessary forms for proper loan reporting; drafting documents for loan closings; assisting with monitoring and servicing delinquent loans. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Current software skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google); Proficiency in handling a multitude of varied projects; Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships; Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task; Ability and willingness to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; Consistent reliability; Positive \'can do\' attitude, especially to provide superb customer service; Flexibility; and Eagerness to learn new things. Equivalent to a high school diploma plus at least two years administrative assistant (or related) experience or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above duties. This position will require a valid driver\'s license and be dependent on passing a background check.
