Kelly Services Human Resources Business Partner - Manager in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER MANAGER

Exciting opportunity for a Manager -HRBP for awesome client in the Tewksbury area .

This highly visible Human Resources role providing HR support and guidance reporting to the HR Director.

The perfect candidate will have a combination of strong relationship-building skills, with advanced HR Information Systems experience, HR best practices, and recordkeeping. Must be a team player with willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

Human Resources Business Partner Manager – no direct reports/manage processes not people.

Location: Onsite 5 days a week (1 day remote/post training) in Tewksbury area

Salary: Open depending on experience $80K - $120K range

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies.

  • Manage people recordkeeping with strong HRIS experience.

  • Work with immigration professionals to ensure timely mobility on international employee transfers.

  • Succession Planning

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.

  • Partner with managers to establish performance standards and provide coaching and feedback.

  • Assist with compensation and benefits programs that are competitive.

  • Supporting employee retention.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall satisfaction.

  • Address feedback from the Employee Engagement survey.

  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management principles and practices.

  • Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to identify trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and support informed decision-making.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

  • Implement processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain coherent audit trails.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 10 – 15 + years’ experience in HR.

  • Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent verbal, organizational, and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong HRIS skills and knowledge,

  • Workday and ADP big plus

  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
