Description

Responsibilities:
• Support engineers on technical projects and products.
• Collect, maintain, organize, compile, and manipulate technical data.
• Create, build, assemble, modify, and repair prototypes as necessary.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, drawings, sketches, flow charts, diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform mathematical calculations per engineering specifications.
• Undertake analyses of data where guidelines are provided and recommend alternative solutions to problems and obstacles.
• Set up and conduct tests, record data to assist with engineering analysis.
• Supervise and review work to ensure adherence to company policy and principles.
• Liaise with supervisors and functional peer groups, occasionally interacting with outside customers.
• Provide training on procedures and practices to the team.
• Conduct workstation support and implementation tasks as required.
• Utilize a range of skills including Customer Service, Documentation, Supervising, Presentations, Leadership Skills, Implementation, Liaison, Engineering, Practices, Windows, Linux Technologies, and Data Collection.
Requirements
• Proficiency in systems engineering and understanding of engineering principles
• Demonstrated skills in customer service and ability to act as a liaison between various business units
• Proficient in documenting technical processes and procedures
• Experience with training users on new systems or procedures
• Strong ability to review and improve systems and processes
• Proven supervisory and leadership skills
• Experience in delivering presentations to various stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in providing workstation support
• Proficient in implementation of new systems or processes
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux technologies
• Ability to answer technical queries with clarity
• Understanding of company policies and ability to adhere to them
• Experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment would be an advantage
• Ability to create and understand system prototypes and drawings
• Experience in data collection and analysis
• Physical capability for occasional lifting of equipment
• Understanding of conductivity in relation to system performance.
