This position is responsible for the proper and safe operations of the manufacturing line.

Second Shift Monday-Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am. (Overtime as needed

Essential Duties

Follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for specific manufacturing lines Follows Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) guidelines for Good Manufacturing Procedures Maintains good housekeeping of work area Records proper product waste using correct documentation Attends all required training: departmental training, on the job training, annual/refresher training, and/or corrective action training

Qualified candidates should have:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math skills (additions, subtractions, fractions)
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Legible writing skills

Physical Demand Characteristics: Medium Lifts 25 lbs. or less frequently; lifts 50 lbs. occasionally. Walks and/or stands most of the day. Bends and stoops frequently. Reaches over head and stoops frequently. May push/pull.

These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the above job.

While performing the responsibilities of the above job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
