Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Teller to join our team full-time. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Duties:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing

• Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution

• Promote and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Handle large amounts of cash accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Proficiency in retail math and cash management

• Knowledge of debits, credits, loan processing, and loan origination

• Ability to upsell products and services effectively

• Experience in fraud prevention and detection

• Strong mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing

• Excellent customer relationship management skills

Candidates should be courteous, efficient, helpful, have a professional appearance and be very accurate. Previous experience and cash handling skills preferred but not a requirement.

Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.

This position is Monday through Friday 8am - 5:30pm, some Saturdays required.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
