Summary

Under minimal supervision, coordinates all project plan submittals for the Land Department. Prepares the information for accurate and concise Land Analyst use. Processes requests from various internal & external sources. Reviews, evaluates, and analyzes documentation received as related to the customer's/client's request. Acts as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and concise project coordination through the Initial Plan Review process. Serves as a site admin for the SRP SharePoint Plan Portal. Applies advanced knowledge of and ability to administer IT applications. Provides technical support and assistance to select applications by troubleshooting problems or answering questions related to these applications for both internal and external users.

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret civil plans, SRP power & water designs, and ALTA certified drawings to coordinate project submittals and assign Land Job numbers.

• Provide quality customer service for clients and customers.

• Relay pertinent project notifications to customer's/client's, land analysts, project leads, designers, and operation & maintenance groups.

• Update the Land Department databases and job tracking systems to ensure accurate and concise job coordination.

• Respond to customer and client requests regarding land information or IT related issues.

• Daily monitoring, provision, and troubleshooting of Land Applications.

• Act as a liaison between the clients and Corporate IT support groups to resolve incidents/requests through the use of ServiceNow and additional means of communication.

• Collaborate with Land & Risk Management IT Services (LRITS) and Content & Collaboration Services in the development or modifications to new or existing applications.

• Ensure that more complex problems are routed correctly and follow-up for resolution and closure.

• Perform training and development of course materials for Land Applications

• Other duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Promotion through the job family will require continuing education determined and approved by management.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), WAM, Microsoft SharePoint, and SRP Maps Online is preferred.

Experience

At job entry, placement will be determined by a review of college transcripts and related work experience. A minimum of 6 years of related experience is required for the senior level. Once placed into the job family, an employee may become eligible for promotion by demonstrating the ability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by their management and meeting experience requirements.

Education

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
