The College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) - Polytechnic campus is currently seeking anAcademic Success Advisorto advise our online undergraduate students. We offer majors in arts and sciences, counseling, and transfer friendly degree completion majors.\ \ In this role, the Academic Success Advisor acts as a key contributor to promoting and supporting student retention and timely progress towards degree completion. Working in a team-based model, academic success advisors, support students from admission to graduation through a range of virtual and in-person academic advising and support strategies.\ \ There are five characteristics that make the very best academic advisors: critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, collegiality, and most importantly, caring.
