Aerotek Medical Device Assembler in Temecula, California
Job Title: Medical Device Assembler- $19-22/hr
This position is crucial for the production of high quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
Your responsibilities will include detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery as per documented procedures.
This could involve electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging.
You will be responsible for maintaining clean tools and equipment, assembling medical devices and related components, in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Your role may also require usage of microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and operating various equipment.
In addition, you will also be required to perform routine assignments according to specified and standardized procedures, perform visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies, perform tests on units using computerized test equipment, repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools, package devices ensuring all parts and documentation is complete, and maintaining accurate records to ensure traceability and quality assurance of all products.
Furthermore, you must follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment when performing all operations.
Work Environment
You will be working in a Manufacturing/Cleanroom environment, which requires the use of a microscope.
You must adhere to a professional dress code under all Personal Protective Equipment
