Job Title: Circuit Design Engineer - Missile Development Program
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Candidates must be local to the site)
Pay rate: $79/hr
Duration: 1 year contract possibility of extension
Our Client:
Our client is a leading aerospace and defense contractor. This is a temporary position (W2 Only) inGrand Prairie, TXand is an excellent opportunity for the right individual. The contract is expected to last approximately1 year. With the opportunity to convert permanently. This role is on-site, so you should be comfortable commuting to Grand Prairie.Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to Supplier Management Teams (SMT).
Develop electrical requirements, designs, ICDs, and drawings for missile safety critical hardware.
Conduct research, technical investigations, and problem resolution.
Support system and subsystem design updates and release; lab testing and evaluation.
Provide on-site supplier support as required to perform design verification and qualification testing events.
Report efforts directly to the Program Electrical Engineer Lead.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 6+ years of experience with:
Strong electrical background and experience working with electronics suppliers.
Analog and high voltage power electrical background.
High Voltage Circuit Application.
Active Secret Clearance is required to start. Candidates must currently hold or have held an active Secret Clearance in the past.
