APTIM Industrial Electrician in Tamuning, Guam
Job Overview:
Industrial Electrician/Fuel System Mechanic, will be working on the HNC POH-Guam RMMR contract, conducting recurring maintenance inspections and repairs (both planned routine and emergency) of the capitalized fueling systems at the misc. DOD facilities on Guam, Kwajalein and Wake Island.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Directly supervising and/or conducting identified electrical repairs and inspections at these locations.
Will be directly responsible for all site health and safety compliance and enforcement
This project does entail a substantial amount of data collection and electronic data entry so there is a considerable amount of computer work involved
Basic Qualifications:
Working conditions will also be exposing him to jet fuel, loud environments,
Ability to work in hot/humid condition
Ability to work at heights
Ability to work in confined spaces/low light conditions and work in awkward positions.
Schedule evolves on a daily basis and personnel may be required to travel to multiple jobsites over the course of a single day.
Considerable field time can be expected on his feet, walking, squatting, kneeling, bending
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Ability to qualify for; obtain; and maintain a DOD Common Access Card (CAC)
