We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions for our various companies, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits, budgets and everything in between. Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, creating reports, calculating GRT tax payments and much more. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring were compliant with all tax regulations. ### Accountant Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions for the various companies and their departments. - Compile, analyze, and report financial data. - Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. - Prepare budget forecasts. - Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc. - Present data to managers, investors, and other entities. - Maintaining accurate financial records. - Performing audits and resolving discrepancies. - Compute and make regular payments on GRT taxes. - Ensure other bank payments and deposits. - Ensure all financial transactions comply with company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations. - Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting. - Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts. - Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. ###
