Insight Global Tech Lead in Tampa, Florida
Job Description
A client in the Tampa Bay area is looking for a Tech lead to join their team. This tech lead will be responsible for managing a team of 4-8 full stack developers both on and offshore. This tech lead will be responsible for delivering projects within their regulatory and compliance applications. These projects will consist of, upgrades, enhancements and modifications as new regulations come out. The tech lead will also be responsible for all code reviews from this team.

Skills and Requirements
65-90 hour
7-10 years of experience with full stack development
3 years of experience within a lead role
Experience developing with Angular V16+, .NET Core and .Net framework, C#, SQL Server and Azure
Experience leading projects within AI space
Experience delivering high risk projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability ump in and hands on code when needed Regulatory or Compliance knowledge null
