Must have the following to apply:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; four plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Experienced office and facilities management professional which includes working with 3rd party vendors, managing vendors, handling office supply and equipment contracts, being point of contact for all onsite guests
- Self-starter, independently identifying ways to assist
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to work under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adjust to sudden changes in work priorities as requirements dictate
- Attention to detail and care in performing tasks
- Ability to be discreet, trustworthy, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive, privileged and proprietary information (both internally and externally)
- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision

**Job Description: This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the operation of our office environment while playing a central role in cultivating and fostering a thriving workplace culture. Due to the nature of this position, this role works onsite 5 days a week.
Duties and Responsibility:**
Oversee all aspects of office and facilities management, including but not limited to: space planning, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and pest control services, equipment maintenance, and security
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors to the office and ensure a friendly, personal experience
Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors, verify work orders are tracked and completed within approved budget/scope; audit and approve billing to authorize limits
Cultivate relationships with vendors and negotiate office supplies, equipment, and services contracts
Plan, develop and monitor budgets and project status for facilities maintenance, renovations, and improvements
Act as liaison to public utility, environmental, energy agencies, and any agency requiring inspections for our building
Oversee and direct maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance
Develop and maintain maintenance policy and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment
Provide annual review of vendor contracts to ensure best pricing and quality available
Propose, coordinate and execute building/space needs for our teams; including but not limited to redesign of facilities to processing requested office moves
Maintain office supply and kitchen inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
Oversee the general tidiness and cleanliness of the office space
