We are seeking a Laboratory Manager with a Chemistry background in water quality testing experience to join our team in Tampa Bay, FL!
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Pay: 100K-110K Salary DOE
Location: Tampa Bay, FL
Description:
Responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities of chemical laboratory projects related to water quality testing
Play an active role in recruiting, hiring, training and people development within the department
Prepare and deliver performance reviews, development plans and performance improvement plans for staff
Mange workflow and communicates work status and laboratory capabilities to project management and laboratory management
Review analytical data for accuracy and completeness.
Set up new equipment and provide method development as required to support growth.
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Chemistry Required
2-3 years of Experience with Water Quality Testing
Previous Chemical Laboratory management OR Chemical Laboratory leadership experience Required.
