Job Summary: As a Packaging Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art packaging and labeling equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs and Batch Documentation requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain advanced packaging and labeling equipment.
Perform thorough pre- and post-operational checks and cleaning.
Follow precise Batch Record instructions for materials, labeling, and processing parameters.
Monitor equipment operation and ensure top-notch product quality.
Troubleshoot minor production issues and make necessary adjustments.
Conduct accurate product counts and initiate line clearance and cleaning procedures.
Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with cGMP policies and FDA standards.
Provide QA support during audits and inspections.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Two years of experience in FDA-regulated production environments preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform accurate documentation.
Basic math skills and ability to count accurately.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with equipment systems.
Basic computer skills, including data entry.
Skills:
Clear and legible handwriting for accurate documentation.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and coordinate multiple activities.
Methodical and organized work approach.
Understanding of common tools and equipment operation.
Familiarity with equipment systems using utilities like compressed air, electrical supply, and vacuum.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
The company offers Medical plans - they also offer Dental and Vision - they have a 401k - they can also offer some relocation benefits should that be necessary
