We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product management team. This position will work closely with the CEO to define strategy and collaborate on feature development. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to define product strategy and identify key features that align with business objectives
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission and goals
Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on market opportunities, customer needs, and business impact
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market
Regularly communicate product plans, progress, and performance to executive leadership and other key stakeholder

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Design, or a related field
5+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of fintech products that achieved significant market impact
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build and inspire a high-performing product team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
