We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols and production schedules. A background check and drug screen are required for this position! Must own a pair of steel toe shoes!
salary: $14.5 - $15 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment, including steel toe shoes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 10 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
