This is a PART TIME remote position. Will provide support to clients and internal team members by performing remote diagnosis, monitoring and support of software and hardware devices. Assists users with technical questions related to software or hardware.

This is a part time remote position working approximately 10-14 hours per week. Ideally looking for students with a flexible schedule. Times may range from 9:00 am ET - 6:00 pm ET Sunday-Saturday. East Coast location is ideal. (4-5 hour blocks per day)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to customers, through phone, email, or chat, until technical issues are resolved

• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

• Assign, track and resolve issues in a timely manner, utilizing a ticketing system

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, escalate to appropriate team members

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

• Order replacement equipment and devices for clients, handle shipping and receiving of hardware

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals, management of

knowledgebase

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma

  • 1+ years of experience working in a sports environment or working toward a degree in sports management or sports analytics

  • Flexible schedule needed, able to work weekend hours and holidays as required

  • Proficient computer system, networking and application skills

  • Sports interest and knowledge, with an emphasis on American football

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess or currently working on bachelor’s degree

  • Ideally looking for students with a flexible schedule. Times range from 9:00 am ET - 6:00 pm ET. East Coast location is ideal. Hours are part time, about 10-14 hours a week

  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high intensity environments

  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of issues that require attention with little supervision

  • Have a strong customer focus and be results driven

  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients

  • Strong organizational skills

Salary: USD 15.00 - USD 15.50 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
