Description
Deliver sales result through superior sales operation. Establishes and develops closed relationships with ECP and builds profitable business partnerships which can help achieve sales target. Demonstrates a high teamwork spirit with enthusiastic and proactive working attitude.
l Carry out Contact lens Category development programmers, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity.
l Reviewing current effectiveness of exposure and activities and developing a healthy category strategy.
l Well-manage the category to support account and field sales to increase sales performance.
l Helps develop national and/or local account-specific promotional programs/key events.
l Work closely with the commercial team to create activity benefits and promote contact lens category growth.
l Coordinating with supporting functions and other departments to implement varied projects.
l Tracking the competitive landscape on an ongoing basis to ensure leading position.
l Integrate and expand resources to increase benefits, and to constantly seek for innovative responses to situations in the market.
l Work with teams to develop a right POA message plan to shape customer mindset and behaviors
REQUIREMENTS
l Bachelor degree or above.
l 3 years working experience in category development/trade marketing position.
l Sound data analysis and commercial understanding
l With good business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to understand the business and be able to provide insight.
l Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with cross-functional teams.
l An individual who can bring freshness in approach, who is able to think holistically and provide innovative solutions.
l Ability to drive passion and energy when leading projects and working within teams.
l Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment dealing with numerous people at different levels of the organization.
l Fluent in English writing, speaking, and listening.
