Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
5 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
Experience with Python and training ML models on TPUs and GPUs.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
Experience in optimizing ML workloads on TPUs and GPUs, Python, C++ programming.

In this role, you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables and will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Lead technical contributions and design and assign software engineering tasks to team members.
Develop optimized configurations to train and serve ML models on Google cloud.
Develop software solutions to improve the performance of ML jobs.
Contribute to development of the strategy of the team by considering existing and new tools and solutions.
