Aon is currently recruiting an Full Time Sales – Senior Manager to join our Growth & Delivering Aon United team in Taipei, Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development for all commercial risk insurance solution lines

  • Support the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the market assessment process, and explore potential business opportunities.

  • Discover corporate clients’ unmet needs and organizing offerings in partnership with colleagues in different solution lines and geographies

  • Introduces solutions to prospects in building and strengthening effective portfolios.

  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
