What you will do:
Develop EPS energy saving and decarbonization projects opportunities by customer relationship management, promoting solutions, creating proposal, budgeting, contract negotiation, bid preparation, cost estimation.
Secure opportunities and receive orders from customer, meeting annual EPS business targets (ie. OI, margin, revenue, etc).
Create high performing sales teams in a diverse and agile environment.
Perform Business Development activities to ensure market relevance and local sales ennoblement.
Drive promotion activities together with MarCom to enhance market awareness of EPS.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or others related field
At least 10 years of related experience in the Energy Efficiency (ESCO) or ESG business
5 or more years of experience managing successful sales teams
An innovative, bold, and growth mindset finding the most competitive solutions to the need of our customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
