Nike Senior Partner Representative, NBHD Philippines - Jordan APLA in Taguig City, Philippines

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Representative, NBHD Philippines to join our SEA&I (Southeast Asia & India) territory team! We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our Jordan brand in the marketplace! We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on industry trends, product, and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Partner Representative, you will shape and execute the future of Jordan’s Partner Go To Market (GTM) strategy via on-the-ground Partnerships. From strategy to execution, you will manage partners in the NBHD ecosystem by building & maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with accounts, and serving as the primary point of contact for all Jordan-related matters. You will execute seasonal sell-in activity and sell-through support together with cross functional teams, deliver Partner experiences (preparing, planning, and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations), and achieve financial results and sales objectives.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be reporting to the APLA Jordan Marketplace Partners Director (based out of WHQ) and working cross functionally with the APLA Jordan Energy Team, as well as the SEA&I partners team.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis. Experience in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven Leadership Ability

  • Strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace Good understanding of team sales, competitive market, customer, and retail trends.

  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability; develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.

  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
