Como você irá impactar
Responsabilidades:
Analisar e acompanhar os avisos de sinistros de Marine / Cargo, desde a notificação inicial até a liquidação final, diariamente, dentro de um nível de autoridade acordado e dentro dos padrões de serviços estabelecidos pela AIG
Revisar avisos de reclamação e documentos fornecidos pelos clientes.
Revisar e inserir reservas.
Supervisionar o trabalho dos Prestadores, incluindo advogados, contadores, especialistas e avaliadores de sinistros; comunicar-se com clientes, prestadores de serviços e corretores para obter informações em relação a reclamações, para explicar requisitos e decisões de reclamações e resolver recursos e reclamações.
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com subscritores e distribuição para desenvolver uma compreensão completa do negócio e contribuir para as “melhores práticas” em geral.
